I joined the commercial team  in January 2020.

Having spent over 15 years in the food industry I have held a number of business development and commercial positions within both Dairy and Foodservice businesses.

My role is to work alongside some of our key UK and European commercial partners across a number of foodservice channels. While forming strong relationships with our trading partners, adding value through innovation and NPD is a key part of our agenda.

Offering quality mozzarella and customer Service in such a competitive market place gives the confidence to our Farmers, customers and consumers, which I believe shall play a key role in the ongoing success of our business in the future.
