Having spent over 20 years in Human Resource Management I joined the business in January 2021 as Director of HR. 

I have previously held lead HR roles across the Retail and Food Manufacturing sectors and really enjoy the pace and challenge of the food sector.

Leading the people agenda in the company, is a privilege. W are a business that is committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, understands their contribution to the business and has the opportunity to grow and develop. My role is therefore to ensure that our people strategy supports that goal.  I am enjoying getting to know our team members and engaging with them on new initiatives, plans for growth and development and they are certainly teaching me a thing or two about Mozzarella, which all adds to the fun along the way.
