I have headed up the commercial function for the business since 2014 – leading the sales, marketing and customer service teams activity for the business. I’ve spent most of my career in the dairy industry across several commercial based roles for a number of dairy businesses.

My role at Leprino Foods Ltd is to proactively develop and implement sales and marketing strategies which deliver profitable and sustainable volume growth - working with the sales and marketing teams and with colleagues across the business to reach stretching but achievable targets - something which I find genuinely motivating and rewarding.
