Having joined the business as a Technical Manager in 1999 I have become a well-established member of the senior management team, helping to drive the business strategy.

The core responsibilities of my role are focused on customer technical support and business development through innovation. I form a key part of the link between customers and manufacturing plants on all things related to product and technical matters. Having the single role wearing both QA and NPD hats allows us to keep the right balance of innovation and plant efficiency and quality.

We are continuously exploring new ways to share our innovation and ideas with our customers to help them to expand their businesses. For me it’s the never ending pursuit of the optimum formulation to meet each customer’s needs that is both challenging and rewarding. Bringing a 3^rd manufacturing facility into the mix has added to the complexity of the department and will certainly keep life interesting for both my teams.
