After starting the Glanbia Cheese Graduate Programme in 2017, Alex McAllister (Technical Services), Daniel Maguire (Engineering) & Kathryn Thomason (Commercial) present their final ‘Business Improvement Project’ presentations and receive their management certificates at a celebratory lunch with members of the Senior Management Team.

The 18-month graduate programme has been designed to deliver learning outcomes based on Glanbia Cheese’s values, skills and behaviours, with a focus on personal and management tools necessary for sustained impact on the organisation.

Alongside the acquisition of a significant management qualification; graduates have been able to work closely with senior leaders throughout the programme to establish and deliver individual ‘Business Improvement Projects’ which have in turn helped to transition graduates into next phase of their development.
