Investing in the team

Working in partnership with The Bangor Management Business School a group of key leaders from the Llangefni site are currently undertaking a 2-3 year personal development programme.

The programme is equipping the team for the everyday challenges at first line management level.

The group attend the Business School on a monthly basis in conjunction with workplace assessments and manufacturing network opportunities.

Speaking about the programme, Heather Broughton, HR director commented
