We’ve been busy this week holding our Lean Management Event with support from farmers and supply chain. The event consisted of a series of seminars discussing the lean programme, delivering lean theory on change management, HSBC discussing funding innovation and our Leprino farmers sharing (very honestly) their experience of the lean programme. The seminars operated around an Innovation Hub showcasing the latest innovations in feed, fertility & herd management, fertiliser and fuels.

The farmer panel and their Q&A session was the definite highlight, explaining the positives and the pains of identifying and recovering nearly £1 million of savings across the programme.

To really land impact, we invited 50 Harper Adams University Agri-Business students, looking at the farm and supply chain skills needed for net zero.
