Glanbia Cheese has launched a new line of mozzarella string cheese specifically developed for use in QSR pizza applications. 

This new proprietary formula not only maintains superior cavity fill when baked, but also comes in many different flavours. Additional cheeses and natural flavours are added to the mozzarella to deliver new and exciting eating experiences for consumers.
