His Majesty the Duke of Cambridge met with Phil Leigh, head of GB milk procurement at the Anglesey Show. Phil Leigh commented:

'We have sponsored the Young Handlers Cattle Classes for the past 14 years, as we strongly believe in encouraging young people to come into the dairy industry. This led to the unexpected but hugely appreciated honour of being asked to meet his Majesty. I was hugely impressed that he knew of the Glanbia Cheese business, and seemed pleased that we are helping to support Welsh jobs.'

Due to both the Anglesey show and the Pembrokeshire show falling on the same week, this was a busy week for everybody, but a great opportunity to both meet old friends and new business partners at both ends of the country.
