Glanbia Cheese started working with the Dairy Industry Partnership group in 2015.

Heather Broughton was approached by the National Skills Academy for the Food Drinks Industry to join the partnership group in 2015.

Heather was appointed to Vice-Chairman for the Dairy Industry Partnership, and has been the driving force behind the success of the programme.

The group formed to develop a Level 2 & 3 NVQ framework in Dairy Industry Operations.

Reasheath Food Centre College in Nantwich  are partnered with the group, and the approved facilitator.

Certificates were presented to 7 team members from cohort 1 who successfully completed their Level 2 NVQ training – as per photograph
