Winter Fair

As a major Northern Irish milk processor, Glanbia Cheese are proud to have been present at this year's Royal Ulster Winter Fair. Demonstrating the commitment and importance attached to this, present were both the head of NI Procurement Cecil Morton, and the  Chief Executive Paul Vernon.

Cecil commented 'This provides a wonderful forum for us to sit down and talk, a commitment we make to our farmers whether the market is buoyant or depressed. Our farmers are absolutely critical long term business partners, and any great partnership is built on communication and mutual understanding.'

Glanbia Cheese's CEO Paul Vernon also addressed the NIIAS Networking Breakfast on the morning of the event, where he discussed the current state of the dairy industry and the longer term outlook.
